I’m the founder of The Mosaic District and co-founder of She Overcomes.

I often lay awake at night thinking about women who were just like me. I used to be paralyzed by my fear of failure, embarrassment, and had debilitating anxiety about what other's thought about me. I’ve asked myself this question 100+ times:

If I’ve experienced these things, surely someone else has. What if my experience could help even just one woman remember who she was created to be? Would it all be worth it?’

I think so.

In 2014, my world crashed in on itself. That was the beginning of my healing journey where I discovered how to overcome the fears that paralyzed me, keeping me from becoming the bold woman I knew existed deep inside me somewhere. I overcame self-sabotaging behaviors that only perpetuated shame in my life, and discovered tools to pursue the life and freedom I craved.

Taking from the last decade of successes, failures and experience, I’ve developed curriculum to not just transform women, but it empowers them to experience their professional and personal metamorphosis - living fully in their purpose and passion.

As a serial entrepreneur with a formal education in mass communications, with an integrated emphasis in public relations and advertising, I’ve worked over a decade helping legitimize small businesses, along with helping dozens of nonprofits globally.

Utilizing that education and experience, I’ve had the honor to raise over $1 million to fight human trafficking, impacting hundreds of thousands of people in over 23 countries. After serving Syrian and Iraqi refugees in the Middle East, my philanthropic work brought me to Iraq while ISIS was still in control in 2017 to support a female-ran humanitarian organization based out of Israel. I took all of these experiences to a greater platform when I ran for Mrs. North Dakota International 2020 and won the title.

As a passionate public speaker on social justice, women in business, and embracing the process of her own identity restoration, I am obsessed with inspiring and motivating women to become bold, embracing their own personal freedom.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my three
kids, reading, writing and painting. I also (sort of) enjoy my cat, Brian.
