Office Space
The Mosaic District houses ala carte office rental for the working woman. Our current tentants include: Mosaic Interior Design, mOTivate Minds OT, Albright Chiropractic, Laura Rettig Art Studio, Kate Baldock Art Studio, Simply Wellness with Melissa and Natalie Sparrow Model Management.
Yoga Studio
We’re so grateful to host downtown Fargo’s only hot yoga studio, YUJ. With a number of options for classes, infrared heat and ample opportunities for zen, this is the perfect place to refocus, reconnect and restore your soul.
While the building is a renovated gem near downtown Fargo, we have two options for photography rental! Our artist studios feature white brick and custom art pieces. The Foundry, Photo Studio and Event Space is our newest addition to the community!
